Picking a power rack for home

Hey everyone! I am currently about a year into lifting heavy and starting powerlifting. I am a busy mom, and struggling to get to the gym (mostly packed) between taking my kid to school and working my second job. A great solution for me is to invest in home gym equipment. I have a full basement that is mostly empty. I am looking into buying a half rack to lift with. After doing some research, I saw that I had a few options, but I am not sure which is best. Does anyone have any advice or pics of their home setup? This blog seemed to have some good info: https://blog.adamantbarbell.com/321/half-rack-vs-full-power-cage/

Option 1) This is the one am leaning towards the most:

Basically this would have everything I need, rack, bar, plates, bench. The pricing seems decent also. I am wondering if I get this, will I need to build my own platform? I was planning on buying some rubber flooring at my local tractor supply store and I read that you can weight half racks down with sandbags for stability

Option 2) I would have to buy everything else seperate but you can lift heavy without needing a full cage:

Option 3) Full rack without equipment also:

That $309 rack will be plenty strong enough.

Also look at Craiglist as occasionally you find a rack cheap on there.

I have used a Body Solid rack (bought maybe 15-20 years ago for $250). Has been fine.

Probably very much the same as the $309 rack.

As far as needing weight down a rack...never had to. The barbell holds it down. I'm not doing gymnastics in the rack though.

My rack sits right on my concrete floor. No platform necessary. If you desired you could buy a sheet of plywood and put it on that.

Make sure you have enough headroom for it.
