I’m working on maintaining weight but I took a weekly weigh in/ measure and it said I’ve gained an inch and 5 pounds. I’ve been still tracking everything I’m eating and was just wondering will water weight make me blow up like that? I know I haven’t eaten enough calories to gain that much. Any ideas on what it could be ? Thanks

Were you using the same scale, at the same place, at the same time, wearing same clothes as last week?0

How much water are you drinking daily?
Bit of a personal question , but have you been going to the toilet regularly?
This can obviously add up in physical weight.
When was the last time you checked your TDEE just to make sure things haven't changed.

Its automatically set to show maintenance cal's.

I try to drink 3-4 liters a day and yes I do lol. I also use my Fitbit to track my TDEE just to make sure it matches up with my maintenance calories. Could it be from extra salt and carbs holding water?
For every gram of carbs, 3g of water will be pulled in, as long as you are drinking the amount you say, I would not have expected this to make any difference, same with the salt, unless you were having like silly amounts, and I mean grams and grams of the stuff.
What are your stats please?
Gender, weight, height, and fitness activity from the list below?

If weight fluctuations like this cause you stress then I actually recommend that you weigh more often, and using a trending weight app, rather than just once a week. If you only weigh weekly it’s hard to separate the signal from the noise - as you’re experiencing right now.3

I am female, 5’5, usually 125 and I exercise 5-6 times a week anywhere from 1 hour at the gym to 2 hours at rehearsals

Ok, so I put down 25 y.o (age makes little difference).
So with your stats and activity levels your TDEE is 2551 calories to maintain, 2051 to cut (2551-500) and 3051 to bulk (2551+500).
Is this what Fitbit says?
Are you close to the maintenance calories?

Actually, your tdee calculator seems about right. Dang really close. Even with the macro splits

If that's a week, it's water and salt. I actually had an issue in January where I gained 10 pounds (!) in a month after 5 years of maintenance and it was constipation (blush). Quick visit to the doctor and I was fine. When I was younger, I'd get that with my period.
It's why I weight every day instead of every week. I'd freak out with the variations.1
