Saggy skin

My dilemma is I ve lost weight over a stone and my tummy is a bit saggy as a result. Any help with exercises would be great please as it’s getting me down

You really can’t exercise your skin. Building muscle might help a bit, but otherwise many people find that the best cure is time and patience. Good luck and congratulations on your loss!3

Remember two things you can't exercise:
Fat and skin.
You can of course exercise muscles and "hanging" your skin & fat on a better frame can help appearances as can improving poor posture.
Skin does recover but how much is down to age, how much weight you have gained & then lost plus genetics.4 -

The cream won't help. @MegamooseX and @sijomial had it right above...
I have lost about 250 pounds and have a ton of loose skin. I am patiently waiting for it to rebound but it is likely, given my age and the amount I lost, it won't. Unfortunatley, the only thing that can really fix it is plastic surgery.6
