In preparation for summer, April is all about abs & arms. LET'S GET IT!

I'm going to try to get back at it this month...again!! Lol. Stella and grandma jackie are so motivating!!
I'm going to do LC's ab workout, and the Tricep Dips. I may try to throw in the 21 Day Arm Sculpting when I can.

I'm like you *sigh*. I've put on 15 pounds since last July. I still needed to lose 20, so I'm back to trying to work off 40, grrr.

I overcommitted last month. I am in for the 30 day Ab Challenge. I am also doing the Plank Challenge.

Completed a mixture of them all alongside a quick 15 minute HIT this morning. Felt great! Going to sit down and combine them all into one calendar I think, tweaking it a little1
