Step Tracking Issues

My step count with calories used is not working. It says 0. I can't find a way to correct this, and it is very important that I have this feature. I love this app, but this is not the first time I've had issues with tracking steps and calories used. Please help!

Same issue here. Step tracking worked for a few days and then stopped1
