Hello my name is Keonna and I live in Kentucky. I need to lose weight of course. I work night shift and I am wanting to try the low carb diet. I am just not following all of this.

    With using this app it has help me in keeping track of all my calories that I consume and the calories I burn off. With you going on a low carb diet just log all of your food intake and put down the carbs that you consume with each meal it will track your daily consumption.

    No need to go low carb unless you have a medical reason to. Carbs are not your enemy. Calories are. Eat at the calorie limit that My Fitness Pal sets for you and don't worry about eating low carbs unless you are willing to cut out carbs for the rest of your life.
