Hi im Sarah,

Ive had the app on my iphone for a while, i find it works really well when im motivated but when im not i just dont use it and i think i need some friends too add so we can motivate each other! Ive lost 5.7kg since i started but that has been over a long period of time. Im getting married oct 2012 and ive already bought my dress in the size i want to be when i get married, so i desperately need some motivation!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Kiwis>? LOL good luck with wedding and getting into yopur dress, youve done well so far,, keep it up, Ive been finding since ive been here I excercise more so I can eat a little more,, If I dont,, then no treats...LOL
