Over an hour after weightlifting and forgot to have protein

So I finished weightlifting over an hour ago and I didn’t get a chance to have protein.

I read online that we are to have protein 30-60 minutes after weightlifting.

What should I do now?

    Have the protein if you want it. All that's necessary is that you're getting enough protein overall.

    You could drink BCAA’s while working out then you don’t have to worry about the protein afterwards.
