I’m 43 and working full time with 2 daughters, looking to lose probably about 30 lbs, with clean eating and weight training

    Hi! :) I’ll add you. I love weight training, but I haven’t been doing it recently. I haven’t been sleeping well so I’ve been passing on workouts to try to get more rest. Still eating clean though.

    Thanks! I’ve been using MFP to track my eating for a while, but not consistently. I’m having a health coach create a macro based plan for me
