 I don't have much to loose but just can't seem to do it. Any kind of restriction leads to bingeing, so if I loose 2lbs, very soon I gain them back. I also don't have much time to workout. Most of my time I spend in front of computer or in a car. Sweets are something that I'm addicted to. Does anyone have any addvice on how to break the addiction3

            I'd like to join. I just had my gallbladder out Friday. I'm heavier than ever and miserable. I've had it, I'm fed up. I need to divorce myself from the false idea that i can't lose weight. And stop punishing myself for little slip ups by turning them into months of self loathing and abusive eating. Let's do this!
