I shower once a day except for Wednesdays when I wash my hair at night as well. (I wash my hair twice a week.)

I take a bath 1st & then a shower 2nd once daily, typically at night because I don't desire to be under my covers with the day's filth upon me {especially if, I went somewhere}, unless I am able to go swimming within a swimming pool then I take a bath & shower twice during that day, just prior to & then right after, I swim!

Every day, whether I workout or not. But I wash my hair 3 times a week.

At the minimum twice. Once in the morning upon waking, once after the gym and once before bed.

Shower once every two days, sometimes three. I'm not gross, I promise.

Everyday, sometimes twice if I work out early. Only might skip a day on a weekend if I don't workout.

I would think everyone does at least once a day and if they don't, I sure hope they don't admit it on here. :noway:

I shower most days, I'd say 5-6 days a week, always after a workout. I used to shower every other day but now that I workout 5-6 days a week I have no choice but to shower more often. I have to wash my hair 2-3 times a week, I use dry shampoo in between hair washing.

I HAVE to shower twice a day. Its just something I've always done. In the morning or after my workout and always at night before bed.

I shower and wash my hair every other day. I am not a sweaty/stinky person, even when exercising I just don't sweat much.

My saying is, when in doubt, shower.

Sometimes I doubt humans will ever colonize Mars.

    *showering*

Yes. More if I go work out, do physical labor or go swimming after I have already showered. Heck if I have big plans and getting dressed up, I usually do then too. I do wash my hair daily. Once in a blue moon I can get away with dry shampoo.

Just about every morning. Maybe after the gym if I worked up a good sweat.

I shower 1x/day minimum. I absolutely cannot stand not showering in the morning and my ultimate preference is to shower both immediately upon waking and before going to sleep, but I know that's not the healthiest for skin and hair. Bonus points for showering right before bed, putting fresh sheets on the bed, then promptly going to sleep without having to set an alarm. That might actually be my favorite thing in the world.
