Hi,

I am 23, married, and looking to get down to my ideal weight, about 15 lbs less. I love eating good food and drinks and dining out, which makes it somewhat challenging to eat 1200 calories EVERY day. (I just noticed my most frequently logged food was mayo!) But it's worth it. I already love the program. I'm obsessed with it and am trying to recruit all my friends.

I am looking for more accountability so please be my friend. Especially if you're anything like me!

    Hiya! I love eating and I love food, too. That's why I exercise haha. I want to be more mindful of what I eat and how much of it I eat at each sitting. This site helps sharpen my skills to be aware of the decisions I make, and also reminds me that those decisions affect my lifestyle and overall life. Add me if you'd like.
