    No... Save your money.

    Its funny one review said they lost 25 pounds doing nothing and even ate unhealthy and no exercise. Baloney.

    They have something called The Curse as well. I guess it puts a hex on you when you consume it.

    I cannot take any pre-workout. A lot of them contain creatine and very high amounts of caffeine so be careful to read the ingredients.

    If you just need a little energy, drink you a cup of coffee before your workout.

    Nope. I work out in the morning without eating and eat protein and carbs within an hour after.
