Hi all!
I’m Alex
I’ve tried mfp a few times, the first I actually lost 20lb, so I know it works! I just need motivation to stick to it! Sadly I don’t have time for a gym as I have a very hectic lifestyle so want to get back into running. I’m obesse but actually really enjoy running and swimming, so if there’s any other runners or swimmers out there hit me up and say hello! any tips welcome to help me stick to this this time!

Motivation comes from within, and it's something you either have or don't have. What do you want? That is your motivation.
To lose weight, you just have to eat less, and maybe move more, but eating less is by far the most important part.1 -
Hi Alex , i can understand the whole hectic schedule thing , what I have done to help with the no gym time was I bought a cross trainer elliptical bike and a total gym , it gives me the freedom to work out even late if need be plus I don't have the wasted gym fees. Good luck on your journey.0

Welcome back, focus on your food intake more than the exercise, that's where it happens! Exercise is just a bonus when it comes to weight loss, and should primarily be for fitness and health. If you learn to manage your food intake without exercise, it won't seem so hard to lose weight if you can't make it to the gym as often as you'd like.
