    I love your NSV! This is such a great one because it really shows how healthy you are becoming. My husband is a cop too, and there's nothing quite like a foot pursuit to him.     This is awesome. I know it is cheesy but I teared up a little (no crying tho, crying is for babies! :tongue: ). I love this NSV....the best one I have seen. Congrats on this accomplishment.

    That is an amazing NSV!!!!!! Seriously...can't beat that one! I work in a law enforecment office and I seriously wonder if some of these guys would even be able to do that?? Kinda scary! Great job!

    With me doing C25K and losing, I was able to run down my first (fit) guy in about 4 years. Felt great!

    I was the acting Sgt tonight and I had located a male who was wanted. The suspect took off running and I went after him in a foot pursuit. I didnt catch him, but i had a perimeter set up with 2 K-9's in route along with the helicopter. i spotted the subject and again gave chase. I ran him right into the arms(or barrel)of one of our young officers and the bad guy went to the pokey.

    I havent even tried to chase anybody in 6 years, because of my weight, it almost killed me physically but my training and weight loss helped put a bad guy in jail. Now its time for some Aleve.

    FREAKIN' AWESOME!!!
