    Yesterday I had a date with chips & Diet Coke. No exercise :(

    I feel it this morning! Ugh, DOMS!!!

    I'll get in a good workout today; or at least, that's the plan . .

    I'm getting a little frustrated because the scale is taking it's time. I'm trying to remember to look at NSVs & stay positive, but I WANNA WEAR A BIKINI THIS SUMMER!!! B)

    So i havent been doing the exersizes in a couple weeks, but ive been stretching,walking,lots of cleaning,laundry,baked the other day for 2 hrs.,definately getting workouts.

    Ive had to wash all my I own due to several mice moving into my dresser drawers,so for several days,my arm exersizes has been folding and hanging up cloths, been doing lots of cleaning as well,so thats been counted as exersizes since im doing lots of sweating.
    Today I did do abs,stairs,stretches and walking also.
