Sunday weigh-ins sound like a good plan. I'm one of those people who likes to weigh myself almost every day but sometimes that makes it harder to see the long-term trends.
Accountability is good too... anyone else struggle with going over calories on nights/weekends?

I seriously need this. We are going to Hawaii in September for my husband's work with other colleagues and wives. I don't want to be self conscious and not have fun because of feeling insecure. Are you doing a group thread for this, or just adding friends? Add me please!1

@joancollinsbitch , that's totally me! Restrictions lead to bingeing. Not being able to lose 10-20lbs. Not a lot of time to workout. Addicted to chocolate. I'm feeling defeated tonight. I'd love to hear others advice as well.1

Okay so this is my Sunday check in. It was a very bad week with food for me. Made Easter dinner and 2 pies that I continued to eat throughout the week (and some candy). Had 3 meals out this week (2 of them yesterday). So today I weighed myself and gained 0.2 lbs. But I have lost 38 lbs. so far and am not going to let this get me down. I will get back in track this week.1

I don't think anyone needs to be officially added. I think we just check in periodically, monthly, with the same goal in common. I already friended a few people on this, with a message saying I'm also doing the same challenge. The general idea is a common goal and to use this discussion as a means to motivate, be accountable and make new friends. That's my best guess anyway.2 -

A little background info, I had my gallbladder out on 3/30. I'm using it as an opportunity to change my eating habits for good. Before my gallbladder was out, I was at my heaviest 208, miserable, abusing myself with food and depression. It's never too late to start over! I know using MFP is the best way for me to be conscious of what I'm eating. Is it nutritious? Is it worth it? And I worth it? Makes me think twice about what I'm about to eat. Good luck everybody!5 -

You still did great if you only gained 0.2! Hope this week was better for you though3
