Hi all I have tried before with no lucky I have to do this now for my health I am so in fit it's un real I am very fussy eater and I am autistic so gonna need all the help I can get I hope this app and community can help me to my goals xx

    Welcome! To lose weight, you just have to eat less, and you can eat less of anything! But you have to do it for real, so "trying" is no good. Use MFP as it's designed. Go to setup, get your calorie target. Buy a food scale, weigh and log what you eat. Many people log what they intend to eat, so they can make adjustments before it's "too late" (already eaten.

    4 days in now not feeling to bad weekends are hard becasue dont have much planned but we are going out for a walk soon so i can get my steps in hows everyone doing?
