Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) or Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR).

Lots of online "calculators" will give you an estimate, such ad this one:

With activities such as working and walking from here to there , But no gym, ...about 2500.
Just laying in bed all day or sitting in front of tv, about 1500.

According to fitbit I burn 17 calories every 15 minutes while asleep. 17x4 = 68, 68x24 = 1632. That’s my BMR (how much I burn daily before adding any activity whatsoever). Apparently. :)

No chance. That might be your TDEE and it will include activity and exercise.

There's a BMR estimator right here on MyFitnessPal.
It will be slightly lower than your RMR.

If you are really interested you can go to a specialist testing facility for your RMR.
