Hey! I'm a bit confused...

On a normal day, Myfitnesspal says I should eat 4587 calories. That can't be true?

I'm a 24-year-old male that weight 83kg, 183cm tall and have a pretty active job and I workout once a day at the evening lifting heavy weights. My goal is to go up in muscle mass.

So Myfitnesspal says that I should get 3000 calories

And then the Fitbit Tracker adds up another 1577 calories. (Fitbit says I burned 3390 calories)

This can't be true? Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry, got to convert your stats to US units for my calculations: M, 24, 6'0", 183 lbs.

MFP BMR estimated = 1850 Cals per MFP calculator: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/tools/bmr-calculator

Maintenance MFP Activity Level multiplication factors (not including purposeful exercise): 1.25 Sedentary, 1.4 Lightly Active, 1.6 Active, 1.8 Very Active.

    MFP Active: BMR x 1.6 = 1850 Cals x 1.6 = 2960 Cals Maintenance without exercise

    MFP Very Active: BMR x 1.8 = 1850 x 1.8 = 3330 Cals Maintenance without exercise

Add 500 Cals daily to the above to gain 1 lbs (0.5 kg) per week; or 250 Cals daily for 0.5 lbs (0.25kg).

Add in purposeful exercise, and yes, the MFP Fitbit Calorie adjustment could be a decent estimate for your very active job plus additional exercise.
