Just FYI... There is an an app/website that you can win money if you lose 10% of your body weight in 6 months. It is called Diet Bet. It's not affiliated with MFP (that I know of) but it's a way to keep yourself on better track... I have done their smaller challenges that are 4% in 4 weeks and they've really helped. I also like that you can do more than one "game" at a time on there. Just another support system, with a fun twist2

I figured we can have a community with a same goal wher we can add friends, check in and motivate each other.
I started my new weight loss last week and knew I need a strong supportive community. And it’s working! I went from 185 to 177.8 this week. Granted I’m sure most of it was water, but it a loss is a loss!!!8 -

1lb loss, I'm happy with that as i still have no kitchen and it was my husbands birthday so we ate out twice and had wine and cake twice!5 -

I think u did great....the holidays are so hard and considering u did just great! I like that u didn't 4get to acknowledge ur loss to date because that motivates u to continue and thats a big accomplishment. New day, new start. You got this !0

My goal this week is exercise daily and no alcohol. And of course staying within my daily calorie, fat and sodium limits.

had a consistent 2# gain last week! happy to say that the past 2 days I have been @ 120#. Just need to stick with it on the food and to get moving again!2
