Really good week last week! Hoping to keep it up; was all set to hit the gym this morning but my daughter had other ideas! Woke up with a fever so have to keep her home.3 -
Happy Monday, everyone!
I'm late checking in this week. We went camping on the weekend but ended up cutting it short because the weather was inclement. It was fun while it lasted, and we belong to a club and we hadn't been to a club gathering in a long time, so it was nice to see some old friends and make a few new ones too.
We camp in a teardrop camper. It's been 2 years and 35 lbs lost since I had to climb in and out of the tiny camper and I have to say it's much EASIER now. (And my husband noticed there's more room now!) I think the last time we camped I was also suffering from plantar fasciitis, which was also rather inconvenient and painful. We didn't camp last year as my husband had been through a couple of hernia surgeries and wasn't up to it, but we're both looking forward to some more outings this year, if Spring would ever decide to stick around until Summer.
I'm firmly stuck in a plateau, weight yo-yos within the same 2 lbs or so from 205-something to 207-something. I was 205.4 this morning (which counts towards next week's average). I'm not going to worry about it, I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and things will move eventually.
I am a bit concerned that I'm close to where I got stuck in 2000, where I couldn't get below 202. I flirted down to 195 for literally a few days, then popped right back up to 202 where I stayed for years. I just wish I could get to ONEderland... maybe some day.

Oooh, camping--sounds fun!!
I feel your pain...I'm in the same bracket of numbers, but I know once it begins to warm up consistently, I'm going to practically live outside! That's when the swoosh happens!1 -
