had a consistent 2# gain last week! happy to say that the past 2 days I have been @ 120#. Just need to stick with it on the food and to get moving again!2

One week weigh-in.... down one pound. Yay! Not as good as i wanted but it's still ok. This is my 3rd month of following MFP and weight loss is slowing.
My goal this week is exercise daily and no alcohol. And of course staying within my daily calorie, fat and sodium limits.
Keep up the good effort everyone... we got this!
Great job! I've plateaued after 3 months of religious tracking too. Guess I'm gonna have to kick it up a notch!2 -

This is my weekly weigh in. I know it’s early, but I just weighed myself. Last week I had gained 0.2 lb due to all of the Easter food that I ate. Today I weigh 201.8 so I am down 1.4 lbs. I am soooooo close to my short term goal of being under 200 lbs again!5
