Welcome back Often people hit the wall because they try to completely overhaul their life, but it's not necessary!
Choose a reasonable weekly weight loss goal, log accurately and consistently, be patient, and keep making small changes until you find a way of eating and an activity level that you enjoy, that keeps you satiated, and that gets you to the right calorie level so you don't just lose the weight but you keep it off. Good luck!4 -
Hi, I have a similar goal. I’d like to drop 50. We can do this!0

I'm right there with you.
I lost about 50 a few years ago, hit a plateau and quit. Here I am +60. I'd like to lose atleast 70.0 -

About 3 years ago I made major changes in my life and hit a weight I haven't seen since puberty. Then I let my ex back in my life and he told me I was too thin and he started bringing me sweets on a daily basis. After gaining 35lbs I found out I was pregnant with baby #3, and I gained another 40lbs.
Now I have ditched the ex and had my baby, so I am starting over again. As of right now to get back to the weight that made me happy I need to lose about 50lbs!2 -
Had my second baby and having such a hard time getting back to my happy healthy weight1
