50 lbs to go. Day one of many.0

Take it a day at a time and make them count.
Aim for 1.5lb -2lbs max a week for the first 20lbs then aim for 1-1.5lb a week after that. The aim is to hold onto as much muscle as possible when losing fat. Slow loss helps with that.
Also now is a good time to start the habit of working out. Even just walking. Moving more will help with your weight loss.
