I appreciate the help but I have been doing this for 2 years now and I have lost 0 pounds. In fact I have only gained pounds and no matter what I have done I am stuck at that weight.
I guess the weight is never going to come off. Two years is a long time with no results at all. Again thank you for the reply to my previous post. I will be deleting this app and I really don't know if I will continue trying to lose weight.

In your other thread, you got (several) explanations of how weightloss works. Now you have something you didn't have before. Losing weight can be really easy armed with that information. Of course it's up to you to use it or not use it.2

I know, I am just so flustered. I am trying to do everything right. Thank you for the reply.0 -
Why did you ask if you were just going to give up?
All you need to do to lose weight is eat less food than your body needs. Every other method (low carb, low fat, intermittent fasting, whatever) works by encouraging you to do that. For example, by replacing foods that have lots of calories with foods that don’t have very many.
It’s not always easy to eat fewer calories. You’ll probably find you get hungry, until you figure out the best things to eat to feel full, or the best ways to distract yourself so you forget about food. The question is, how much do you want to be a healthy weight?
Imagine yourself as a healthy weight. Imagine what you can do, what you can wear, how you feel, how other people react to you. Now, are you willing to go through a few more months of effort and occasional hunger to get there, or are you not?2 -

I understand. But you don't have to do everything right. You just have to do the important things right. Weightloss is most of all unlearning what we've been brainwashed through the years, to believe we have to do. Then decide, and it's pretty easy.3 -

Thank you for the reply. Today for some reason has been super emotional for me. And weighing in after a week and not seeing the 1 pound not lost just did me in. I am going to keep going. Even if I don’t lose anything still.2 -
