How about...from April 12 - April 30
Daily tracking of:
Calories Burned / Calories Eaten / Deficit
For example:
Calories Burned could be:
Apple Watch Resting Energy + Active Energy
Or
TDEE + Calories Burned Through Exercise
1660+466 = 2126 - 1836 = 290 calorie deficit = about 1/12 of a lb lost!
I do this calculation each day & I find it very motivating.
I’m up for burning off 1/4 of calories or anything else! Thanks!2 -
