Hi, I have nobody on my friendslist. I came from calorie count before it shut down and I used to always see users daily food logs and their diaries. I think on MFP you need to add people to see these things, from what I can tell. I'm looking for people I can pretty much just silently lurk as they log and finish their days to get an idea of what everyone else is doing lol

Hey, I'm just cutting a couple of kilos for the summer. Anyone is free to add me and it'd be nice to see what other people are eating too. I'm eating around 2000 calories a day with 200 grams of protein go get to 12% bodyfat. Especially send me a message if you're cutting bodyfat too1

You can add me! I’m also in need of the same support. Trying to eat clean-ish, overcome emotional eating, & become more conscious of what’s going in my mouth, focus on reducing junk carbs. I’m a work out, yoga addict but the nutritional aspect is a real struggle!1

There may be an easier way that I haven’t discovered, but I do the following to send a friend request:
(I do this on my phone so the set up may be a bit different on an alternative device, but I imagine the steps would be the same)
-Click “more” at bottom right (which takes you to the list of options).
Click “friends”
Click “+” button on the top right
Click on “Email or My FitnessPal Username”
Write in the username of the person you wish to send a request to and just fill out your name and anything you want to say to them. Send.

Everyone has different calorie needs. Plus we all use them differently. Hopefully you can find a meal plan to work for you.
Some people are successful counting macros. I did that last year. Look up Ontheregimen.com, good info for getting started.1 -
