Help! I’ve fallen off the wagon and I can’t get up!

I’ve been keeping loose tabs on food intake and maintaining my weight loss but I’m barely exercising. I need some mojo back.

    Mojo is notoriously unreliable, so don't wait for it. Tighten your tabs on your food intake and decide that you're going to workout tomorrow. No excuses, no mojo. Now, get cracking, greekmama52!!!

    Take some progress pictures. If I look at my pictures the mojo hits me like a ton of bricks.

    Take a moment right now and log everything you have eaten so far today. (Even if you have gone over). Sometimes we don’t want to put it in writing, but our bodies know our calorie intake even when we skip logging. Logging is to keep you accountable.
