Stop doing low carb? Low carb/keto left me with no energy as well, so I started eating carbs again.6

So then why you need to do keto?? I'll never understand why people do diets that make them miserable. Losing weight isn't about being miserable, all you need to know is that you have to be in a caloric deficit....once you know that, you then chose a diet that fits your profile. If no carbs makes you feel like crap, then don't do keto. On my last cutting phase, I lose 25 lbs eating over 200g of carbs and doing no cardio whatsoever, so CICO (calories in vs Calories out) isn't a myth. What is a myth is that carbs/sugar makes you fat or that keto is the best losing weight diet.6 -
The transition from my regular average-high carb diet to going keto was absolutely draining, but taking a little pre workout before doing cardio helped me get through the "keto flu." Since then I've learned a lot and sluggishness can really mean you aren't getting nearly enough fat in your diet. Sometimes even too much protein can hinder performance as well because it can metabolize into glucosamine or something along those lines. (Read it yesterday so don't attack me if the terms are off! )
Anyway, since upping fat and powering through the week or so of transitioning my body, the lack of energy has dissipated. I feel amazing and hopefully if you decide to stick with keto, you get to that point as well. Everyone's body is different. Listen to yours. Good luck girl. Regardless of carbs, I'm sure you'll reach your goal if you work hard!7 -

If doing low carb, drains you if energy, then it's time to change things.
I had same problem when I tried low carb. Also handling of stressful situations and things that required deep reasoning felt impossible. Now i virtually never go under 150g of carbs per day and still drop weight just fine, as long as my calorie ad macro goals are met.

If you need to eat low carb for a specific reason hang in there and you'll adjust - about a month usually. Things that can help are making sure you're getting enough sodium and just calories in general.0

I'll just leave this here:

I agree with this. The usual culprits of low energy are too low of calories or not enough salt. There are some who do experience less energy on keto, but they appear to be a minority. Most are able to get adequate energy (if there are enough calories) from fat.
There often is a slight dip in energy in the first few weeks to months of keto as the body becomes fat adapted. It is transient, and not everyone even notices it.7 -
I find eating stuff that’s highish in gross carbs but high in fibre helps me energy wise before exercise. Iv just started c25k at the same time as starting keto and this has helped me a lot. Sometimes working out fasted is better too as fat can make me feel sluggish.0

"Low carb is leaving me with no energy for cardio."
That's not surprising!
Maybe low carb isn't the way forward for you?
You haven't given any useful info about you, your goals and your priorities so here's a couple of general suggestions....
If fitness is your primary goal then eat appropriately to fuel yourself and have effective workouts. That's both calorie levels and food choices.
If weight loss is your primary goal and low carbing helps you sustain a calorie deficit then maybe timing your carbs before your exercise would help.3 -
How many calories are you eating? How many carbs? How long have you been doing it? What are your stats?0
