Wow here I am starting my one year transformation.... I'm happy taking this decision. Today another thing happened in my life. My partner didn't introduce me to his friends although I was right there. Whereas he introduced his buddies to all the other people around there....he says he forgot... so y didn't he introduce them to me even after I asking him...
That was very depressing. I now feel it's high time I shed this weight and show everyone that im worth attention.
I don't wanna face this situation again in my life.

I would love to see people join me in this one year journey. We could update our weekly progress
See we can't let people dump or ignore us coz we are obese or overweight....let's prove ourselves

I'm sorry he did that. It would've maybe been understandable if he just forgot but if you asked him to and he still didn't do it, it may have been intentional . I know that feeling, I remember it all too well. I'm really sorry he did that to you.

I'm in. Bought a great scales from Amazon yesterday that measures EVERYTHING. Started my Whole30. Here is to feeling great and getting strong!

Wow i actually have tears in my eyes seeing so many people supporting me...
Well I just started my no sugar no chocolate update so let's see how many days I can stay away.... lifted my dumbells after 2 months of bed rest today... it was an amazing feeling....
I made up my mind that all my frustration... let me put it into lifting weights now...
I'm sure we will all be transformed in 1 year....and have an inspiring before and after pic to put up1 -

I’m in. I’m trying to get healthy. My cousin who was only 3 years older than me died of health complications in November and I’m not ready to go yet.
I’m 40 (as of the start of the year) around 6 foot tall and holding at 270. Which I’m proud of because in 6 years I’ve lost and kept off over 100 pounds. I just started the gym and am trying to do 4 days a week with at least 30 minutes each trip to start.3 -
Wow results are out... I passed my exams . Now im gonna put all my strength into losing weight...
Came across a video yesterday night...it was amazing...it stated
1- plan in the night before going to bed ur diet and exercise.
2- as soon as u wake up remember ur goals and say I'm gonna look good again.... that itself will push u to workout

Wow today I completed 8 days streak of no sugar no chocolate... I'm loving myself..... no craving....
Day 1 of yoga and vegan diet......
Tomorrow is my first weigh in at my yoga centre.... I seem to be the heaviest.....but will make sure that i lose the most in this 21 day yoga camp that s by the end of this month2 -

In February I stopped drinking soda, joined a gym, and began logging all my meals. In the past 50 days I've only missed one day of meal logging.
In March I decided that diet soda was okay, I was missing the caffeine, but I'm not sure that was a good move.
Original starting weight - 212 on 2/21
Ultimate goal - 150
April 10 - 2000 -
I noticed tonight I need to up the resistance on the stationary bike I use at the gym. Thought I’d be at this at least another month before that happened.2
