    Had a successful week one. Was under calories for all but one day! And the day I went over was only by 54! I’m proud of my progress but plan to keep it going. I want to see where I will be in a year.

    So my weights up m clothing is fitting better so my doctor said not to look at the scale. Also, my A1C dropped drastically so all the exercising is really helping.

    Non-scale achievements are really important to me. So last night I swore I took my diabetic pill, well I didn’t. My sugars this morning were still low. My diet my not be showing much on the scale but it is showing HUGE in other ways.

    U can get the number down on the scale later.... it's ur health that matters above that number.... well.done

    I'm in. I have returned to MFP after gaining back 20kgs of a 30kg weight loss. It has been a huge blow to my self esteem.
    April 29th - 95.2kgs
    Goal weight - 65kgs.

    Guys i got burnt on my leg... it hurts can do anything much as when my skin stretches... it hurts....so planning to do things with my diet

    I’m starting to do weights with my cardio but my arm keeps telling me nope not happening. I’m trying to rehab my arm back and the road is looking longer than I wanted. I’m 6 months out from surgery and in my mind I should be able to do things like before all this started a year ago. So I guess it’ll be part of my workout each day instead of the whole thing and more days in the gym.

    Broke through my plateau and into whoosh. A good reminder for myself to stick to the plan, even when it doesn't seem like it's working.

    Having a very emotional day and I’m an emotional eater. I ended up eating 7 Keebler rainbow chip cookies for a snack. I tracked them but still. But really don’t mind that today has gone to hell in a hand basket.

    This week the first person commented that I look like I lost some weight. Just hitting the 20lbs mark; sounds about right.
