Had a successful week one. Was under calories for all but one day! And the day I went over was only by 54! I’m proud of my progress but plan to keep it going. I want to see where I will be in a year.

    4/17 : 197
    4/24 : 194.2

    Nice loss.... great

So my weights up m clothing is fitting better so my doctor said not to look at the scale. Also, my A1C dropped drastically so all the exercising is really helping.

I worked hard for it this week; my body really wanted to plateau. Knowing that I needed to check in with an official number made me accountable -- thanks, guys!
