I'm tired

Nothing works
Weight watchers - didn't work
Atkins - didn't work
Any fad diet - didn't work
Counting calories - isn't working
Intermittent Fasting - isn't working
I work out. I count my calories. Every single thing I eat or drink - I track. I'm so....freaking....tired
It's been years. It shouldn't be this hard.
I really don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I've even gotten blood work done twice over the years trying to see if something was wrong with me
Nothing.
Not a thing.
I might as well throw in the towel and accept that I'll be fat for forever. Guess it's in my dna

What you are eating now, your daily foods you like, try eating a little less. That is all it takes. I know it sucks when you think you are doing all the right things.0

How long do you stick with one plan?
Have you figured out which foods help you feel satisfied?
Are you weighing and measuring your foods and drinks?
Have you tried putting the scale away for a month and tracking every single day?0 -

I don't eat the same thing daily. I eat the serving of things though, so I'm not sure how much less I can eat.1 -

For example, you normally eat half an avocado but now only eat a quarter instead. Or when you make oatmeal, the recipe calls for 1/3 cups of oats, make it scant 1/3 cup instead.0 -

There is no reason you have to eat a full serving (or only eat one whole serving, for that matter).
I use half servings and 1.5 servings of nuts all the time to meet my goals. I use 1/4 servings of some treats, like Cheetos, just enough to get the flavor.
I have double servings of vegetables regularly, as well.1 -

I did WW off and on for a few years since 2011/2012.
Atkins - not too long. I didn't respond well to it
Calorie counting - since around October. Faithfully since Jan.
Intermittent Fasting - about a week or so.
Weighing...measuring....counting out servings....I've done it all.
I track every day, weigh once a week. Not weighing wouldn't do me any good if my what I'm doing isn't working anyways. At least I assume it wouldn't.0 -
If you are weighing and logging accurately since January, and not losing weight, you have to either eat fewer calories or exercise more.
Intermittent fasting is just one option for eating fewer calories. It's not magic. That is also true of all the other diets. None of them work unless you reduce your intake lower than your output.0 -

Putting the scale away for a month would help you focus on the process, rather than the fluctuations. You seem to flit from plan to plan, whereas consistency is the most important factor. You won't experience the same frustrations that you are now, because you will measure success in meeting your nutrition goals, rather than in the scale.0 -
Please tell us what you weigh. Please tell us if you are over 18 or not. Please.4
