Busy and trying to lose weight!

Hey guys!
I’m a flight attendant and because my schedule is SO inconsistent, it’s been hard for me to lose weight. Like, REALLY HARD. Snacking here and there (not healthy snacks) because you don’t know when you’re gonna eat again. Does anyone have any advice for those that don’t have the typical 9/5 and want to eat better. I’ve been doing jazzercise for the last two weeks and love it. I try to work out 2-3 times a week.
Any advice is appreciated ❤️❤️❤️

If you get the chance you can try to meal prep for a few days in advance that way your ready to go!0

Yep meal prepping is probably gonna help massively in your situation. Plan ahead freeze stuff you don't use immediately so it can just be defrosted as needed, pre weigh and portion out some snacks.Try things like frozen veg as a side, it's quick and convenient. Takes 2-3 mins to steam in a microwave.0
