I have been off track for way too long now and ready to make a change. I'm looking to lose 15 lbs and tone up! With a little encouragement, determination, hard work and a positive attitude I WILL do this! It's so great to see so many people on here motivating each other! Good luck to everyone here on reaching your fitness goals!!

My thoughts exactly... I first joined MFP because I wanted to lose weight for my wedding (I did lose 15 lbs in 2 months) but I dropped the ball right after. I realized that changing my eating habits is not enough for me; I have to work out at least 3 times a week to see significant results. I also noticed how energized I felt then. While I haven’t really gained any weight back, I feel constantly tired and bloated. I started at 245 lbs and now weight 230. My goal weight is 160 lbs. That is a long way to go!! But I know that this website helped me stay motivated and on track the first time around. Consistency is key!!
