Just checking in. I am glad to see so many joining. I am easing my way back into my calorie allotment after dropping out for a while. Still over but better than yesterday again. I 'll get there. I have a big work project that is requiring hours and hours and hours of sitting at my desk but thankfully I am almost finished. This is what derailed me.

1 1/2 weeks untilI go to muy parents for a mini vacation with the kids. I have lost 17 pounds since we were there in February. I am going to make it an even 20 by the time we go.2 -

Really proud of myself- Sundays are my maintenance day (I don't care if it slows down my progress, I've learned that I need it or I'll give give up) and I only went over my normal daily calories by 200! I'm full and satisfied and don't plan on eating anything else:-) hope all of you are having a good night!2
