    Just checking in. I am glad to see so many joining. I am easing my way back into my calorie allotment after dropping out for a while. Still over but better than yesterday again. I 'll get there. I have a big work project that is requiring hours and hours and hours of sitting at my desk but thankfully I am almost finished. This is what derailed me.

    1 1/2 weeks untilI go to muy parents for a mini vacation with the kids. I have lost 17 pounds since we were there in February. I am going to make it an even 20 by the time we go.

    NSV - fit into one size smaller jeans this week. They have been hanging on the back of my closet door since January. Put in an order for the same style another size down so they can go up for inspiration.

    Really proud of myself- Sundays are my maintenance day (I don't care if it slows down my progress, I've learned that I need it or I'll give give up) and I only went over my normal daily calories by 200! I'm full and satisfied and don't plan on eating anything else:-) hope all of you are having a good night!

    Not the best week for hitting calories, but not the worst either. I think is probably water weight, but I’ll take it and aim for a pound next week.
