I’m 19 years old, 5’10 and weight 12.10 stone, I go on holiday in 3 months time and want to lose weight. Will it be possible to lose 2 stone in 3 months? What will I need to do? Any tips or advise would be great!

No.
But that doesn't mean you shouldn't use MFP to start you going in the right direction by eating less than you're burning on a daily basis.9 -
With your current stats, it would not be advisable.
Set your goal to lose 1lb/week and focus on building new habits that you can sustain so that you aren't tempted to set unrealistic goals in the future.3 -
Yeah. Cut a leg off4

Can it be done? Yes. Should you go that route? Not unless you are under supervision of a medical professional. Way to aggressive. That doesn't mean you shouldn't get started though. 12 weeks @ 1 pound per week is still great success, clothes will fit better and your health will be better. Throw in 3-5 pounds of the shedding of the water weight and you are half way home by the time your vacation comes around.3

Not in a healthy way. Next time book your holiday more in advance!4 -
I suggest that you do a 1200 calorie diet including as much nutrition as possible, cut sugar way way down so you are not hungry as it revs up the hunger. Exercise including weights to gain muscle so your metabolism gets faster and you tone up. I lost 18 lbs in 90 days but look and feel even better than that number reflects because I also gained muscle and toned up. So the weight on the scale reflects 2 or 3 pounds of muscle gain while I was also losing fat. At first you will perhaps lose faster on this regimen but then it will slow to a nice, steady 1-2 pounds off for most weeks. Just keep moving and keep making healthy choices and I guarantee you will feel more energy and if you do the exercise part right you can also have better posture and be a bit more shapely. If you are a woman you don't really need to worry about gaining too much muscle. You will only make muscle gains that are visible for a short while and then it stabilizes and the challenge is to just maintain that muscle by challenging it and so you can keep your new faster metabolism. I started this journey 3-1/2 months ago and I believe in what I'm telling you. I did a lot of reading and consulted experts but please treat this as my opinion. I don't mean to sound like an authority but I do mean to be encouraging. You can make a lot of progress in 3 months and I am the living proof. My clothes fit better, I can wear things I couldn't, my posture and strength are better, I have more energy, my appetite is under better control since I am in a habit of choosing better foods for the most part. Limiting myself to 1200 kcal meant to me that I had to try to pack in nutrition otherwise I'd feel pretty poorly because I'd be too low on vitamins and minerals and such. Logging everything I ate helped me be accountable as did friends on here. You can do this and if you'd like a friend to help hold you accountable or just a friend... you can send a request. My personal opinion is that there are no gimmicks, no fancy diets that will work a miracle. Slow and steady gets it done, along with logging, accountability, treating your body well and exercise. I am planning to keep this program in place for a lot longer as I have more to lose. Also, I plan to keep up the logging, the exercise, the accountability, because otherwise I will just gain it back. I know this from experience. This is a lifestyle change for me and I suggest the same to you with all good faith that you can do it! You can feel great on your holiday and also for the rest of your life! That is my plan and I am living it one day at a time... Now to go fix some breakfast... Good luck on your journey and I wish much success!28

In 3 months you have not packed on 2-3lb of muscle whilst eating in a deficit.
You may want to get a refund from those "Experts"14 -

You didn't read the OP and very quick to throw your method out there as a solution and to think a woman can gain 3 pounds of muscle in a deficit is misleading.
Building muscle in a deficit is one thing as it takes 3 plus months of being in a surplus calorie intake to build 3 pounds of muscle being a woman. One can gain strength gains and some minimal newbie gains yes, but these are short lived; 1200 calories is most likely too aggressive to keep from losing muscle in a deficit. Varying things need to apply for muscle sparing.
Suggesting 1200 calories diets may or may not be in the best interest of OP or anyone reading this. This is bare min calorie intake for shorter/sedentary and/or older women.
OP Your question was 'can I lose 2 stone in 3 months'? I would hope that you want to lose weight long term not just for going on holiday. Rapid weight loss is unhealthy, so I agree up thread if one needs to lose this much for holiday/vacation one should start earlier. You can however start your calorie deficit now and lose some before then.8 -

More like half that. Set your goal to lose 1 lb per week. Log accurately and consistently. If you are able, focus on strength/resistance training as many people find it helps them look better while they are losing the weight.
Please don't listen to posters who are giving you a calorie goal or specific rules to stick to. MFP will give you a goal based on all the info you enter, and long lists of rules are unnecessary. If you have trouble sticking to your calorie goal once you get started, come back and post again. Otherwise, eat a balanced diet, fit in some treats, and then enjoy your vacation!4 -
Sure it's possible for someone who weighs 169 pounds to starve themselves into losing 28 pounds in two months. However, better questions are, "Is it healthy?" and "Is it a good idea?" and the answer to both of those questions is "No."5
