feeling blah today

I am feeling super blah today! I have a bit of a sore throat, and I felt very tired this morning so it was tough to get up to get ready for work
But I made it in, and it's now 4:12 pm. I worked out Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday so I am thinking to make today an off day...
However, since I'm bored, I don't know how else to kill time...

Rest days are important, sick days even more important. You've worked out 4 days in a row, you can take a dy without feeling guilty. Relax and get better!0

Enjoy the rest and save up some energy for tomorrow's workout. Eating maintenance or even slightly less and you are still in the green.0
