When to eat?

If I work out at 8 am should I eat before or after my work out? Thank you in advance!!

    Whenever you feel like it. When you eat really doesn't matter.

    I have done a full paper route before breakfast without running out of energy. I did start with a full glass of water though. You need to worry about food timing when you are doing marathon length exercises.

    I get to 9Round at 5:30 & I don't eat until I get to work at about 7:00. Just be sure to hydrate before hand.

    When I worked out in the mornings (briefly lol I’m not a morning person) I didn’t eat anything, just had some coffee. You can do whichever you want, try experimenting and see how you feel eating vs not eating.

    It only matters if eating too close to a workout makes you feel gross, or if working out fasted makes you lightheaded. Entirely personal.
