    Retired, not a coffee drinker...but I like tea, walking is my go-to exercise, and one of my grandson is all about Groot. :D

    I'm at a baseball game, sprinkling out. Brought an umbrella!

    Had a cup of tea this AM, but too hot in NJ (87 out) for tea this afternoon. Working in the yard today.....bunch of cedar trees came down during one of the last snow storms (with lots of wind) we had. So, cutting up and moving tree limbs and digging/pulling out stumps most of the day and dragging them back out into the woods behind us. I'd better be burning off lots of calories today. Just came in for a seltzer break.

    Sounds so much like myself. Die hard "50 something" coffee drinker here. I still perk my coffee on my stove top in a coffee percolator. 7 minutes to black gold perfection.

    Also willing to talk about: working out, good eating habits and cutting back/eliminating alcohol.

    Well, I'm just a "40 something" lol. It's about to be too hot for hot coffee in the morning for me. I usually do cold brew or freeze coffee in ice cube trays for frozen coffee protein shakes during the summer. I usually do a morning workout, start the coffee, and then go on with my day. In the summer, it's kind of similar, only I'll do a frozen protein coffee and then go lift or swim.

    Coffee is the only way to begin my day. I’m 38, Mom of 2, taking a break from working for a bit due to life circumstances so I’m trying to focus on my diet during this time. I have about 50 pounds to lose. I think my diary is open to friends. Feel free to add me :smile:
