    OK, you have before you one 64 year old Podge_The_Puffer. Podge because he's fat but wants to lose 2 stone: The_Puffer because like a twerp, he smoked like a trooper (for 30 +years); despite giving up smoking over 10 years ago, he now has COPD, or as he calls it, Codgers Old Puffing Disease: He also has a knackered heart.

    Poor old Podge has tried a couple of times to lose weight but failed miserably, even with mfp but, this time Podge wants [needs] to make the name ironic and become less of a Podge and consequently a lot less of a puffer.
