Just turned 49. Currently in the best shape since high school. Lost 65 pounds since last May. Longest sustained health kick I've ever had and have no plans on changing back. No way around it. lifestyle change; smart diet and lots of exercise. Let me help motivate you8

Definitely part of the middle-ager group. I'm 51...for about two more weeks. Feels like the moment I turned 50, the warranty on my body ran out. Aches and pains and general discomfort suddenly flared up, along with a the inability to burn calories like I used to. Not that I've ever been that able to burn calories, but it seems like an extra 10-15 pounds just snuck in there without a significant change to my diet and exercise habits.
My goal is to lose about 1 lb a week and to improve my overall fitness.1 -

It’s funny how music changes over time. What was once edgy soon becomes common or middle of the road.2 -
Greetings all. I'll be 50 in November and because of the changes I've made over the past year, I'm probably in the best shape since I was in high school, and feeling great.
And STP became classic rock about the same time Poison started playing on the oldies station.4 -
I want coffee too - but its afternoon here and not such a good idea to drink more coffee at 4pm ...2
