    Thanks Ali, I have a guy at Aurora that was going to do the physio but my surgeon doesn't want me to have physio as it could flare up the arthritis thats in there.

    My mom's getting injections for her arthritis that have helped lots. Shoulders are tricky. I hurt mine over 10 years ago and it's never been the same
