Sprouts!

I recently started sprouting again. I made so many I am basically adding them to everything I eat. Raw with my salads, steamed with veggies or mixed into pasta sauce, etc., and fried with soy sauce for snacking. I really enjoy that earthly flavor, you can't really get it any other way. What are some of your favorite ways to eat sprouts?

@Kam, after 2 days they were a little too earthy for me. But after 4 days they were sweeter and softer in texture. Perfect on salads and in Morracan dishes.

I love mixed sprouts sprinkled with garlic salt as a crunchy snack.

Sprouting lentils for the first time this week. I'm going to make burgers, meatballs, and chili with them.

Nice! I never thought about putting them in food to cook, like burgers. Are you just mixing them in, or grinding them up first (like a flour)?
