Cold water or warm water?

I know, I understood your last post. Since I aim for 4 cups a day, that would mean I would only be getting 31 calories burned drinking cold water. And even less with warm water.0

I prefer to drink room temp water but I was told to drink ice cold water.0

From googling it, it sounds like the calorie-burning difference is negligible. "Drinking eight ounces of cold water can burn off an additional 9.25 calories as compared to room-temperature water" ... and such.
Drink it how you like. I prefer it room temperature. Granted, room temperature in Germany isn't the same thing as room temperature in California and some other places.0 -
Hot water or tea aids in your digestion after eating a meal. Cold water makes your body burn more energy. But it's not a large amount. Personally I like room temp water best..0
