ive had some bought fresh fruits melon and grapes 250g i feel so full now

lucky you..whenever i eat fruit i get real hungry...must be all the fiber.i dont know
of course i'm odd...protien doesnt keep me full, carbs do.0 -

You also digest fruit sugars quicker than most other food, so you get the full feeling quicker. Plus the water and fibre... and it's quite a package.0

I feel fuller faster but I also get hungry again like 40 minutes later, which is way sooner than when I eat proteins...0

Fruit contains a lot of fructose which tops up liver glycogen levels. Once glycogen stores have reached capacity it sends a "Full" signal to the brain.
That and the fibre contained in fruit.0 -

Part of the sugar in fruits is classified as fructose. Fructose gets stored in your body as liver glycogen. Liver glycogen has a satiating effect on your brain. A good cure for the munchies!!
