@garlo12, I really love your comments, "who gains 3.2lbs in one week".The opposite is also true. It happens to the best of us too. Maybe you had forgotten to log in some food items . For me , whenever I do gain a lot, it's because I overindulge .Just hope that next week will be better.1

@garlo12....if you did weight lifting/strength training, your muscles are filled with water. Or it could be some of your foods were sodium heavy. In any case, it’s not fat...only water and will go away quickly. Increase your water this week and ease back on sodium. You got this!1

@MissMaggieMuffin I understand that frustration with the last few pounds.
I've been bouncing around the same +/- 3 pounds for 6 months. I'm really kind of afraid of saying "I'm in maintenance" .1

@tammierlewis - exactly that! I'm stubbornly hanging on to my goal (156) because deciding to accept my current weight feels too much like giving up!1

Hi everyone! I decided to come on over and join late. I also participate in the 'Just Give Me 10 Days...' challenge. I plugged in a few weights from MFP database so I would be able to see progress up until now.

 Height: 5' 7"

This week's successes: Joining this challenge; increasing my level of activity as the weather gets nicer
This week's challenges: I've been eating significantly over my daily calorie goals and it shows as an increase on the scale. I need to figure out why I am feeling hungry--I think it's because I'm missing my daily protein goal.

Week’s challenges: still wanting to eat too much
Week’s successes: Erased 1 month of weight gain this week, walking in the morning before work and working out in the afternoon after work is working for me. Up to 80+ minutes a day, almost to where I want to be. It has been much easier to get back in the swing of exercising this year. I can tell I did not lose as much conditioning this tax season.

Sigh, still messing around 183-184, although I did hit 182 once in this three week period since I reported. At least I am not really gaining it back.
If I lose a solid 5 pounds in May I will be in the 170s by June and that is my goal!
2 very specific goals - get a pair of shoes at work to wear and take periodic walks around the building
 - set a weekly movement goal for May AND DO IT!
I've been fighting some depression that usually leaves me when spring comes, but this has been a weird spring and still fairly cold and I think it is adding some extra burden to my mental health. I am struggling to get outside.... AND having sold my house I don't have gardening to do. I am really missing my little house and yard right now.1

Update on Spring! I met GW 3/29/18 and now posting on MFP Maintenance Challenge board now. In 2016 & 2017 I joined the 52 Pounds In 52 Weeks. I lost 37 and 43 to keep my focus on losing a Pound a Week. It adds up over time.
Since January there has been a long hard winter. 17 weeks have passed, now we have 35 weeks of Spring-Summer-Fall to focus on getting healthier and keep going.
My SW 376 was in 2013, joined WW.
In 2016 I recommitted @ 268 to get below 200 at my pound a week Goal.
 Keep going!
