Can anyone recommend a good brand? The ones I’ve bought wrinkle and scrunch up :s

    For strength training? Bodylastics or Black Mountain (on Ebay, Amazon, etc).
    If you mean the flat bands for physical therapy, look for Theraband. :+1:

    Mine are Xtreme. About 20$ on Amazon. I've been using them for about 6 months. They've stretched a tiny bit. When I noticed I bought a new set, and even after 6 months of daily use the stretch is only a few mm. And Bo tears yet. Also, I found bands so hard to work with at first. If your resistance is too low they roll, so try upping the band you use. Some exercises mine always seem to roll such as side lunges. But once I got used to them it's much better. Also, I love having an extra set because I find they roll when they get sweaty.
