Upper Body exercises without Trap involvement

I'm a 5'4 166 lbs 30 year old female. I have upper body today and I do not want to develop my trap muscles. Are these exercises below okay for no trap development?
lat pull down
bench press
overhead press
triceps extension
bicep curl
Does anyone have any other recommendations for upper body?

Not sure why you'd want to avoid your traps, but would be willing to work your lats. You're just going to end up with an imbalance.
Train your traps. You're not a dude, so you're not going to end up looking like one (if that's your worry)1 -

Your strengthened traps will give you a tone neck base and if you have a forward head posture, it will naturally straighten out with the head sitting on a neck with a strong foundation to hold it up. You will look good.0

It is actually really important to train your traps. No you will not get bulky from training them.

I do have that forward head posture problem as well. Okay I'll add those exercises back in.1
